Why JohnsMortgage.com?
There are plenty of mortgage websites on the internet today. We at Johnsmortgage.com believe we have something that is different than any other site. What we lack in style we make up in substance. Also while we do work hard to make the site useful, we also like to receive your calls and questions. You might want to start off with a payment calculator. You can put in the term, interest rate, loan amount, taxes and insurance. If you do not know the answers to these questions then guess. Purchaser’s Calculator
This calculator has a lot of information on, so don’t be surprised if it takes a while to download. This is a conventional loan calculator. You will need the following information to make the calculator work.
Sales Price (If you do not have a specific sales price feel free to guess)
Down Payment (this is a conventional loan calculator, so the down payment needs to be at least 5%. The calculator will not allow you to move forward on any down payment that does conform to guidelines. Loans over $424,100 require a larger down payment)
