30-Year Fixed 3.375%  (3.457% APR) No Origination Fee  

  • 30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage: The monthly payment on a $200,000 30-year Fixed-Rate Loan at 3.375% and 70% loan-to-value (LTV) is $884.19 with 0 points due at closing. The Annual ercentage Rate (APR) is 3.457%. Payment does not include taxes and insurance premiums. The actual payment amount will be greater. Some state and county maximum loan amount restrictions may apply.

8:30 AM - Weekly Initial Jobless Claims -1K to 266K, inline.

8:21 AM  - The benchmark 3% Fannie Mae 30-yr coupon trades above support at the 25-day Moving Average
The Treasury will sell $15B 30-yr Bonds today, auction results at 1:00 p.m. ET.
The 10-yr T Note yield 1.51%.
U.S. dollar index rebounding, +0.14 to 95.75.
S&P futures pointing towards a positive open as oil prices steady and as investors await the claims data for hints of a strengthening labor market.
Weekly Initial Jobless Claims will be released at 8:30 a.m. but it has been a non-event for the last 2 -3 weeks.
